On the same day as the Royal Wedding took place in Madrid, the World Stamp exhibition-Spain 2004 opened its doors in Valencia.
The Post Office opted to commemorate both of these events with the release of a souvenir sheet of three postage stamps plus three vignettes of no postal value dedicated to the Monarchy.
The special edition is rounded off with the 12-Euro coin and the stamp that celebrates the joyful event. The maximum mint run is 25,000 units.
