10th FINA World Swimming Championship
Introduction
During the second fortnight in July 2003 the 10th FINA World Swimming Championship was held in Barcelona. The Spanish Royal Mint wishes to link up with this international sports event by minting a coin to commemorate the occasion.

This proof-quality silver coin shows the effigy of H.M the King of Spain on the obverse. On the reverse is depicted a crawl-style swimmer in action.
