Driver's license

The FNMT-RCM, as a patent example of a manufacturer of maximum security documents and products embodying state-of-the-art technology, is the Company commissioned with the manufacture of the newly designed driver's license, which is already in use in several European countries.  As a result, the traditional pink paper card has been replaced by a plastic card, implemented throughout Spain by the Traffic Department.

The objective is to provide the citizen with a document of superior quality, more resistant to wear and tear and easier to handle.  Moreover, this new card design substantially improves the security aspect, as a result of the inclusion by the FNMT-RCM of the most advanced methods and measures in order to deter unlawful tampering.
