Some of the projects developed in collaboration with external entities, include the following:
- Collaboration with the Spanish National Police Corps in implementing the new electronic residence permit issuance system.
- Participation in projects for international clients in the field of ID and travel documents.
- R & D projects for the European Central Bank in regard to security features for banknotes.
- Collaboration with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in the development of new security features for ID documents and banknotes.
- Participation in working groups and international committees in the field of banknotes (European Central Bank), and travel & ID documents (European Commission, ICAO).
- Security documents training for various official bodies.
- Collaboration in several Internet of Things related research activities with the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering of Madrid.
- Collaboration with the CCN and private companies in the creation of cryptographic systems
