Europa Program - Peace and Freedom
Introduction
In 2004, and coinciding with the expansion of the European Union, several Mints in the old continent joined together in the Europa numismatic program with a view to issuing collector coins under a common slogan.
In 2005 the motto elected for this second set of coins is "Peace and Freedom". Two coins were minted in proof quality, one in silver and one in gold.
Other releases under the Europa Program: (2004) (2006) (2007) (2008) (2009) (2010) (2011)
