Currency Case 2 euros (2 coins)
Introduction
Spain underwent a historic year in 2014, given the coinciding events of the abdication of H.M. King Juan Carlos I which brought his reign to an end, and the proclamation of H.M. Felipe VI as the reigning monarch.
To commemorate the two events the Spanish Royal Mint has marketed a two-coin set in a limited edition of 20,000 units.

Two 2-euro coins
This case contains the final 2-euro coin minted of H.M. Juan Carlos I together with a 2-euro commemorative coin dedicated to the "Proclamation of His Majesty King Felipe VI". The two coins come in a numbered blister pack that keeps the coins protected while allowing a clear view of both faces of the coins.
The obverses of these coins portray, respectively, the effigy of H.M. Juan Carlos I, and the dual profiles of H.M. Juan Carlos I and His Majesty King Felipe VI, the latter in front, overlapping that of His Majesty King Juan Carlos I, at back.
